All our apartments and holiday homes are located within close proximity to the beach. The exact distance varies depending on the location of the accommodation, but most are within a 5-10 minute walk.

There are beaches with kite surfing stations and swimming beaches. Swimming is very good at Moods, Zouni Beach, Smokery Beach, and of course at all the lagoons. We have many beach bars located at lagoons (Club House, La Playa, Sailing Club, etc.). Some apartments are also located directly on a private lagoon.

Lagoons are categorized as open lagoons with direct access to the sea and closed lagoons, which are connected underground to the sea. All lagoons are swimmable.

Yes, we offer an airport transfer service for an additional fee. Please provide us with your flight details in advance so we can arrange your transfer promptly. Pickup in a regular car (up to 4 people) costs 20 euros, and after 10 PM it’s 30 euros. We’re happy to arrange a minibus upon request if you have more than 4 people or a lot of kite equipment.

Yes, all apartments have a hairdryer. Most of them also have an iron. If anything is missing, please let us know, and we’ll bring it over promptly.

Whether there is a washing machine available is stated in the respective description. There is a drying rack available in all apartments. If you would like to have laundry done through a cleaning service, we can organize that for you.

El Gouna is a gated community and therefore very secure. This means security personnel are stationed at all gates, checking for access authorization. At least 48 hours before your arrival, we need to submit passport copies for all travelers and then receive a QR code for each visitor. We will send this to you prior to your arrival. You will need it both at the main entrance of El Gouna and sometimes at the entrance of your compound, if there is security stationed there.

You can call a Tuk Tuk (Tuxi) anytime, or also a taxi. Since 2024, Uber is also available in El Gouna. Many apartments are within walking distance to Downtown or Abu Tig Marina. Some are equipped with bicycles, as mentioned in the description. We also have a MINI car and a slightly larger car that we can provide for you. Please notify us in advance so we can arrange it.

The offerings are extremely diverse and range from kiteboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing in the cable park, snorkeling, and fishing, to golfing, horseback riding, quad biking, desert trips, go-karting, squash, paddle tennis, and tennis.
