Homestaging
We analyze your property and enhance it as cost-effectively as possible to make it attractive for rental. We furnish your property with everything needed. Often, just a fresh coat of paint, some decor, and good lighting are enough to make a big difference.
MAINTENANCE
We take care of your property as if it were our own. That’s our top motto. We coordinate the maintenance of the air conditioning / boiler, arrange for repairs and renovations to be carried out. We descale the appliances or replace broken bulbs, etc.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We take care of everything that arises. Paying monthly bills (maintenance, electricity, water) & taxes, etc. We handle billing with various stakeholders and guests and reliably transfer your profit monthly.
Marketing & Social Media
We coordinate a professional photoshoot and create your perfect presentation. Then, we promote your property on the internet and on social media.
GUEST REGISTRATION
We register guests with their ID at the access control and send you the QR code. Upon request, we coordinate guest pick-up. At check-in, we personally welcome guests with drinks and snacks.
GUEST CARE FROM CHECK-IN TO CHECK-OUT
We personally welcome all guests and assist with any questions during their stay. In addition to check-in and check-out, we also coordinate cleaning and housekeeping services and ensure everything is in order.
